Go Green — Sign Up for Green EOBs

Sign up to receive your Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) electronically, reduce the paper mailings you receive and see how your benefits paid sooner!

Here’s how to sign up:

• Sign into your member account
• Click on Explanation of Benefits and then select Go Green - Explanation of Benefits Online
• Click Edit and enter your email address
• Click Save and you’re done!

What’s an EOB?

An Explanation of Benefit (EOB) includes information on your claims, out-of-pocket expenses and if you had a co-pay. These are sent via email or mail whenever a claim is submitted to Delta Dental. EOBs are not bills, although they sometimes look that way. They are available to show how your benefits are being used/paid.
