Thank you for agreeing to receive your Delta Dental Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) electronically. Moving forward, when you have a Delta Dental claim, you’ll receive an email with a link to your EOB access through your online member account. Once signed into your member account, your EOB will display, detailing how your claim paid.

Be sure to keep you email address up-to-date. To change your email address:

• Sign into your member account
• Click on Explanation of Benefits and then select Go Green - Explanation of Benefits Online
• Click Edit and update your email address
• Click Save and you’re done!
