DDKS Call Center Recognized as National Center of Excellence
We are pleased to announce that our Customer Service Center has been recognized as a Benchmark Portal Certified Center of Excellence. The Center of Excellence recognition is one of the most prestigious awards in the customer service industry, demonstrating our superior customer care to our stakeholders. Center of Excellence recipients rank in the top 10% of call centers nationwide.

Through the certification process, certified call center experts conducted a 4-month audit to verify our customer service team’s key performance indicators and performance. DDKS’ performance and metrics were measured against the best practices of companies across the country using the world’s largest database of call center performance metrics. The call center experts evaluated our training program and interviewed employees about our work environment, culture, and customer service philosophy. DDKS is proud to have met and surpassed these rigorous standards.
