Working With Delta Dental of Kansas
Delta Dental is committed to promoting efficiency in your office by providing the tools and information you need to make it easy to work with us. Our Professional Relations team, all of whom have prior dental office experience, regularly visit participating dentists’ offices to answer questions, explain policies or conduct in-office training. Our Professional Relations team can provide the following services:
Seminars/Workshops
Delta Dental of Kansas schedules seminars and workshops in various locations around the state to assist dental office personnel in how to complete claim forms for Delta Dental and to answer any questions on Delta Dental’s processing policies.
Individual Office Visits
Do you have a specific question in your office that requires more than a phone call or letter to fully resolve the issue, or have you hired new personnel that are unfamiliar with Delta Dental’s policies? You can arrange for a Professional Relations representative to personally visit your office and provide you with the answers you need in a timely manner.
Manuals, Policies and Guides
A comprehensive Participating Dentist Manual and Processing Policies and Procedures Reference Guide outlines in detail Delta Dental’s policies and procedures. Every participating dentist is provided with this valuable resource. The Dentist Handbook can be found by signing in to the online dentist account then selecting Documents & Dentist Handbook. You may then view and/or print the Dentist Handbook.
