In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Delta Dental of Kansas (DDKS) took immediate action to ensure employee safety and developed new culture-focused initiatives to engage employees. DDKS also launched a Culture Committee to keep employees engaged and thriving while working remote. Through COVID-19, DDKS surpassed performance metrics and achieved industry leading client retention. The changes implemented in 2020 have strengthened our company culture and positioned us to continue a hybrid remote/in-person workforce.
