Manage All Your Client Business in Your Broker Portal

No more switching between broker and employer portals—with the upgrade you will be able to easily manage all your group business within your online broker account.

 

What's New for Your Groups?

Update Bills in Realtime

Online enrollment users will be able to make changes to their bill at any point throughout the month. On the last business day of the month, their bill will automatically lock for payment draft. Alternatively, they can manually lock their bill earlier in the month by hitting caluculate.

Please note that once they have hit calculate, any subsequent changes they make will not take effect until the next billing cycle.

 

More Options for Managing Employees

When enrolling new members, your groups will find additional drop downs for EE type, department code, EE status code, and department.

When adding and terming members, the day will no longer default to EOD/FOM; they will be able to manually set any day for adds & terms. Click the link below to watch a video on how to manage employees.

An Improved Dashboard

When navigating their account, groups will find their home screen is now also their dashboard and a new layout will provide easier navigation to view benefits, employees, bills, forms & docs, and reports.

They can also quickly access tips, resources, and step-by-step instructions on how to navigate their employer account.
