Troubleshooting Password Tips

Your new online broker account is now live, your username migrated to the new system, but your password did not. This also applies to online employer accounts. Please type out your temporary password. If you copy and paste, it may accidentally capture an extra space, and you won’t be able to log in. If your password has a period at the end, please make sure to include it.

You should have received an email from noreply@deltadentalks.com. If you have not received this email, please reach out to upgrade@deltadentalks.com. After receiving this email, you will need to create a new password within 7 days.

What Do You Need To Do?

  1. Look out for an email from noreply@deltadentalks.com.
  2. Log in to your account and update your password within 7 days.
  3. Please type out your temporary password. If you copy and paste, it may accidentally capture an extra space, and you won’t be able to log in.
  4. Update any bookmarks to reflect your new account URL.
