Important Dates for the Technology Upgrade
Our technology upgrade is scheduled for September 10th. Starting next week, your online dentist account will have limited functionality for a brief period until the upgrade is complete. Please mark these dates to minimize any disruptions to your activities, paying particular attention to the claim payment pause starting Friday, August 30th.

8/25: Limited Access to Your Online Dentist Account Starting at 8 p.m.
During this time, you will still be able to:
- Check benefits and eligibility
- Access forms and documents
- Access patient information
- Submit claim appeals
- View Pre-Determinations Check Patient claims
- View Kansas Explanation of Payments (EOP)
- View out of state Delta Dental
- Explanation of Payments (EOP)
- Schedule a peer-to-peer claim consult
- Submit a contact request
- Register for upcoming educational webinars
However, during this time, claims submission and access to the Full Benefits Information Download (formerly faxback) will be unavailable. Full functionality of the upgraded Dentist Account will resume on September 10th after the upgrade is complete
8/30: Claims Payments will Pause
Claim payments will be issued—both electronically and by check—on Thursday, August 29, they will then pause starting Friday, August 30th and resume the week of September 9th. As many of you will understand, the claims pause is a standard and necessary step during a system upgrade to migrate millions of data points, ensuring a smooth transition.
9/10: Full Dentist Account Functionality will Resume
