What’s Changing?

Minimizing disruption to your daily routine is our top priority during our technology upgrade, coming this fall.

The best way to do this is to attend a virtual training session (worth 1 CE credit hour) where the changes to your online dentist account will be visited in detail.

We want to ensure you are prepared, so here are some changes to anticipate:

 

1. Your online dentist account will have a new look and an enhanced user experience. From your dashboard, you will be able to view your last five patients, all claims, Explanations of Benefits and Payments, and more.

2. Your Explanations of Payment (EOP) will have a new look and you will be able to view, save, and download these reports.

3. The Full Benefits Information Download (formerly FaxBack) will have a new look with expanded information. In addition to the traditional fax method. you will be able to view, save, and download this report.

4. You will have access to a procedure code search where you can find patient plan coverage information by entering a procedure code.
