Important Dates Regarding DDKS Technology Upgrade

Our technology upgrade is scheduled for September 10th. Starting later this week, your online employer account will have limited functionality for a brief period until the upgrade is complete. Please mark these important dates to minimize any disruptions to your activities.

8/23: Your Online Employer Account Will Temporarily Change to Read-Only at 5 p.m.—Last Day to Submit Eligibility Updates

During this time, you will still be able to view employee information, however, you will not be able to:

  • Make eligibility updates* or run reports

*Just as you would typically do each month, you will need to submit all eligibility edits by this date for them to be reflected on your September bill. This will be the last date to submit eligibility updates through your online account, manually by email at eligibility@deltadentalks.com, or by electronic file. All eligibility updates sent after this date will be held and applied retroactively with your requested date after the upgrade is complete on September 10.

8/25: You Will Receive Your September Bill as Normal

8/27: Last Day to Pay Your Bill Using the Current Online Bill Payment Site

  • If you currently pay your bill online, you will have until 5 p.m. on Tuesday, 8/27 to pay this bill using the current online bill pay site at billpay.deltadentalks.com. After this time, online bill payments will be suspended until 9/10 when you will need to sign up for recurring ACH in your new employer account.
  • Please look out for an email on 8/25 with detailed instructions on how to pay your bill after the system upgrade is complete.
  • If you currently pay your bill by check, you do not need to do anything different.

9/10: Technology Upgrade Complete | Online Employer Account Fully Functional

If you are a current online employer account user, please be sure to look out for a password reset email on this day. To log in to your account on 9/10 or after, you will first need to use the temporary password provided via email to reset your password within 7 days

9/12: You Will Receive Your October Bill

After the technology upgrade, bill timing will look a little different. Your October bill we be issued on 9/12 and due on 10/1. From November onward, you can expect to receive your monthly bill on the 7th (or next business day) of the previous month, which will be due on the 1st of each month.

9/20: Your September Bill is Due/ACH Funds Pulled

10/1: Your October Bill is Due/ACH Funds Pulled

10/7: You Will Receive Your November Bill

11/1: Your November Bill is Due/ACH Funds Pulled
