3 Changes That Will Save You Time
Update Your Bills in Realtime
As an online enrollment user, you will be able to make changes to your bill at any point throughout the month. On the last business day of the month, your bill will automatically lock for payment draft. Alternatively, you can manually lock your bill earlier in the month by hitting calculate.
Please note that once you have hit calculate, any subsequent changes you make will not take effect until the next billing cycle.
More Options for Managing Employees
When enrolling new members, you'll find additional drop downs for EE type, department code, EE status code, and department.
When adding and terming members, the day will no longer default to EOD/FOM; you will be able to manually set any day for adds & terms.
An Improved Dashboard
When navigating your account, you'll find your home screen is now also your dashboard and a new layout will provide easier navigation to view benefits, employees, bills, forms & docs, and reports.
You can also quickly access tips, resources, and step-by-step instructions on how to navigate your employer account.
