Troubleshooting Password Tips

Your new online employer account is now live, your username migrated to the new system, but your password did not. Please type out your temporary password. If you copy and paste, it may accidentally capture an extra space, and you won’t be able to log in. If your password has a period at the end, please make sure to include it.

You will receive an email from noreply@deltadentalks.com. If you have not received this email, please reach out to upgrade@deltadentalks.com. After receiving this email, you will need to create a new password within 7 days.

Please note, this email will be system-generated and cannot accept replies.

What Do You Need To Do?

  1. Look out for an email from noreply@deltadentalks.com.
  2. Log in to your account and update your password within 7 days.
  3. Please type out your temporary password. If you copy and paste, it may accidentally capture an extra space, and you won’t be able to log in.
  4. Update any bookmarks to reflect your new account URL.

Important Billing Information (Fully-Insured Groups Only)

Looking for your September bill? Please look under the Historical Bills tab within your online employer account. If you don't see it there, please email finance@deltadentalks.com. 

Your October bill will be available by the end of this week via your online employer account. At this time, you will be able to set up ACH payments. 

Please note, if you haven't paid your Septmeber bill, you willl see September's outstanding balance on your October bill. We will draft all September bill ACH payments on September 20th. Your October bill will bbe drafted on October 1st.
