Your new online employer account is now live —thank you for your patience over the past few months.
You should have received an email from noreply@deltadentalks.com with a temporary password and instructions on how to update it. Please do this within the next 7 days. As a reminder, our User Guide, Upgrade Page, and Helpdesk are here to help you navigate these changes. You can also reach out to your Account Representative directly.
Read on to learn more about some of the innovative changes you can expect to see in your new online employer account.
Innovationis...Changes to Your Bill
You will notice that your next bill (which you can expect to receive on Thursday, 9/12) will look a little different.
You can now view your bills in both PDF and Excel file formats—you will see the most detail in the Excel file.

Innovationis...Changes to Online Enrollment and Employee Management
You will see some new, additional drop down options regarding employee eligibility including Type, Department Code, and Status.
You can now select any date for additions and terminations of employees—these will no longer default to system settings. Watch Video: Managing Employees
