New online broker and employer accounts are now live—thank you for your patience over the past few months.

You and your clients should have received an email from noreply@deltadentalks.com with a temporary password and instructions on how to update it. Please do this within the next 7 days. Innovationis...Small Group Quoting

Your upgraded online broker account includes a new self-service quoting tool. With this new functionality, you can generate small group quotes in minutes, view your quote history, create template plans to apply to future quotes, and easily download quotes as a PDF to share with your clients.

What's New For Your Groups?

Changes to Bills

�� Your clients' next bills (which they can expect to receive on Thursday, 9/12) will look a little different.

�� Groups can now view their bills in both PDF and Excel file formats—they will see the most detail in the Excel file.

�� They can also access their bills via the bills tab within their online employer account. Watch this video to learn more about accessing bills online.

Changes to Online Enrollment and Employee Management

�� Employers that make eligibility changes through their online employer account can now make changes and re-calculate their bills once per billing cycle.

�� They will see some new, additional drop-down options regarding employee eligibility including Type, Department Code, and Status.

�� They can now select any date for additions and terminations of employees—these will no longer default to system settings.
