We are excited to announce that claim submission information is now included on the digital Member ID cards via the Delta Dental mobile app. This feature helps you quickly find where to send your patients' claims. Your patient can pull this up in the chair or email the information to you. See where you can find this information on the mobile app below:

Claims submission information can be found on the home screen below the ID card.

Saved to The Login Screen:
Members can save the Claims submission information to their login screen.

Email:
Members can easily email this information to you right from the chair.
