The hotline is a dedicated phone number, directly connecting DDKS Participating Dentists with a DDKS benefit expert while your patient is in your chair to quickly assist. Our team provides claims processing knowledge as it applies to your patient’s benefit coverage and history.

The In-the-Chair Hotline* is available to DDKS Participating Dentists, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. CST by calling 316-462-3379.

For member benefit assistance when the In-the-Chair Hotline is unavailable or if you prefer electronic communication, you can also access 24/7 patient benefit information through these easy-to-use Dentist tools:
