As you know, we have had thousands of dentist meetings across the state to hear your ideas and feedback leading to innovations across our company to help providers. Based on feedback from dentists, we are introducing an easier, more streamlined Coordination of Benefits (COB) process to help our providers. The new process will result in faster turnaround times for COB claims payments to you, save your office time and improve service!

How Are We Improving This Process?

Previously, DDKS utilized a manual, multi-step process to validate COB claims. With the new process, DDKS will automatically process claims using the COB information submitted by providers on the initial claim form to automatically process the claim without additional manual steps.

And in the limited instances we don’t have all the information we need from the initial claim? We can collect COB information over the phone, via email, electronically or any other medium from the provider or consumer to make it easier for you and your patients.
