Based on feedback from dentists, we are introducing a more efficient credentialing method to help streamline the credentialing process.

How are we improving this process?

Currently, dentists complete credentialing documentation every three years with DDKS. The credentialing documentation is separately completed with CAQH by 92% of our dentist network. We are partnering with CAQH to streamline the credentialing process. Instead of completing credentialing paperwork with DDKS and CAQH we will simply use the credentialing information you supply to CAQH for providers who choose this option.

If you credential with CAQH (92% of our network) and are interested in this streamlined option, you can authorize DDKS to access your CAQH credentialing information by doing the following:

1. Log in to CAQH Credentialing: click here (Note: If you are a dentist (DDS/DMD), please log in to ADA.org/credentialing.)

2. Go to the “Authorize” tab on the navigation bar.

3. Authorize DDKS to access your information in the “Organizations” list.

You will also receive a letter shortly from CAQH with instructions on this process.

If you do not participate with CAQH or do not want to authorize CAQH access for credentialing our current process will remain the same. You will continue to receive credentialing requests and paperwork from DDKS once every three years.
