Important Message Regarding Electronic Claims Submissions

Change Healthcare (CHC), one of the nation’s largest healthcare clearinghouses, experienced a network interruption related to a cybersecurity incident. As a result, CHC is unable to send Delta Dental of Kansas claims and/or attachment files. Delta Dental of Kansas continues to process all claims not affected by the CHC outage.
