We heard feedback from dentists on how to make understanding your patients' benefits easier. We listened to your feedback and created the Provider In-the-Chair Hotline, to provide immediate Delta Dental of Kansas (DDKS) member benefit information for patients in your chair. The hotline is a dedicated phone number, directly connecting DDKS Participating Dentists with a DDKS benefit expert while your patient is in your chair to quickly assist by providing claims processing knowledge as it applies to your patient’s benefit coverage and history.

The In-the-Chair Hotline* is available to DDKS Participating Dentists, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. CST by calling 316-462-3379.

For member benefit assistance when the In-the-Chair Hotline is unavailable or if you prefer electronic communication, you can also access 24/7 patient benefit information through these easy-to-use Dentist tools:

• Visit your online Dentist website by logging in here. We've redesigned our dentist website homepage so you can access your patient's dental benefits and plan design with fewer clicks directly from our homepage. You can now more easily check patient benefits and eligibility, retrieve explanation of payments, submit claims and much more while patients are in your office.
• Use our Benefit Faxback service by calling 877-329-3357 – available 24/7
