This year, the DDKS Annual Membership Meeting will be held at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday August 14, 2021. There are no vacant Elected Director positions or Properly Proposed Amendments requiring voting.

To ensure as many member-dentists as possible can participate in the Annual Meeting, we are offering options for both in-person and virtual attendance. The physical location of the Annual Meeting will be held at DDKS Corporate Headquarters, 1619 N. Waterfront Parkway, Wichita, Kansas. The virtual attendance option will be through Zoom.

Those who wish to attend must register for the Meeting by visiting www.DeltaDentalKS.com/Register. Each Participating Dentist may register only once. Registration will open beginning at 8 am on July 15, 2021 and close at noon on Friday, August 13, 2021. During registration, please choose whether you will be participating in the Annual Meeting in-person or via the virtual platform. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email.

Although many of us are now familiar with virtual Meeting protocols, for those who choose to register for virtual attendance, guidelines regarding the Annual Meeting format and participation will be outlined at the beginning of the Meeting. Therefore, we ask that Members please log in and join the Meeting at least 15 minutes early to help facilitate a smooth start promptly at 8:30 a.m.
