We value your feedback and have implemented a number of enhancements to your online dentist account! Below are recent updates that will assist you in viewing patient claim history, termed patients, and CDT code benefit history. View Patient Claims History
You can now view your Patient Claims History via your online dentist account. Once logged in, under Find a Patient, you will now see a new tab named Patient History. By default, you will see the past 24 months of a patient’s claims history, but these dates can be modified to show their entire claims history.

Patient claims history is also still available under the Coverage tab when looking at a patient’s benefits by procedure code.

View Termed Patients
You can now view your termed members via your online dentist account. Once logged in go to "Patient Quick Search", check the box labeled "include terminated members" and search for a patient.

A patient's termed status will be verified by a yellow warning icon. Under the Dental Benefits tab, the termination date will be highlighted in red text. Under the Coverage tab, coverage details are replaced by another verification of the patient's termed status.

View CDT Code Benefit History
You can now view CDT Code Benefit History via your online dentist account. Once logged in select the Coverage tab, choose the appropriate provider from the dropdown menu and enter the CDT code into the search bar.

The patients' benefit history of that CDT code will be listed with the most recent date of service at the top.
