Right Start for Kids (RS4K)

RS4K provides children with 100% coverage on all covered dental services (excluding orthodontics) with no deductibles or waiting periods. We are pleased to have now expanded the RS4K age limit to 18 for patients visiting in-network providers.

Special Health Care Needs Benefit

This new benefit enhances care for members with qualifying special health care needs by offering additional exams, cleanings, anesthesia when needed, and case management — activated with CDT code D9997 on all applicable claims.

Optimum Plan

Our most comprehensive plan yet, the Optimum Plan offers our most robust coverage — including cosmetic procedures — with a $5,000 annual maximum, strong preventive and restorative benefits, and a low lifetime deductible.
