Unlimited Cleanings
If you see “365” within your online dentist account and within a patients’ full benefits information download, this means the patient has unlimited cleanings as a benefit.

- New Claims: Submit via your clearinghouse or online through the upgraded DDKS Online Dentist Account at DeltaDentalKS.com. Account Structure Changes - Individual Product
Family units are now combined. One family member is listed as the primary subscriber and all other family members are managed within the same account (Member ID Number). This is similar to an employer plan.
All communications are now sent to the primary subscriber. The primary subscriber is now the only one that can log in/register for an online member account and manage the plan.
New ID Cards - Individual Product
New ID cards were mailed to your Individual Product patients. Digital ID cards will also work for your patients if they don’t have their new ID card in hand.
